Shipping Policy

At Danat Collection, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible across the UAE.

- Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after payment is confirmed.

- Delivery within the UAE typically takes 1 to 3 business days.

- You will receive a tracking number or delivery update via WhatsApp or SMS once your order is out for delivery.

- Standard shipping fee: 30 AED (flat rate across the UAE).

= Free shipping offers may apply during promotions or for orders above a certain value — these will be clearly mentioned on our website when active.

- We deliver to all Emirates including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

- If your location is remote or requires special access, delivery time may be slightly longer.

- COD is available for all UAE orders.

- Please ensure your contact number and address are accurate to avoid delays.

- If you miss the first delivery attempt, the courier will usually try again.

- If the order is returned due to non-response, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or incorrect address details.

- Once the package is handed over to the courier, we cannot modify the shipping address.
