At Danat Collection, we do not offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged.
To be eligible for a return:
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order
- The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging
- Clear photos must be provided showing the defect or damage
- Proof of purchase must be included
How to report a defective item:

1. Your order number
2. A description of the issue
3. Photos of the defect or damage
Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return or replacement process.
Non-returnable items:
- Items returned after 7 days
- Items damaged due to misuse or wear
- Sale items or items marked final sale
